Recipe

A Whoopie Pie is traditionally made of two pieces of cake-like biscuits filled with a creamy frosting.

Woo’py Cappuccino

Ingredients:

  • 500 g of Tegral Satin Cream Cake Cappuccino
  • 175 g of eggs
  • 150 g of oil
  • 125 g of water
  • Ambiante
  • Classic Cappuccino
  • Carat Coverlux

Working method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients during 5 min. at medium speed.
  2. Pipe like a macaron and bake at 180°C during 15 min.
  3. When it’s baked, fill two pieces with Ambiante and Classic Cappuccino (3%).
  4. Make a very thin layer with Carat Coverlux Dark and cut a square.
  5. Stick on top of two different Woo’py.

Red Velvet Whoopie Pies

Ingredients:

  • 1000 g of Tegral Satin Cream Cake Red Velvet
  • 350 g of eggs
  • 300 g of oil
  • 250 g of water
  • Ambiante Icing
  • Classic Banana

Working method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients during 5 min. at medium speed.
  2. Pipe like a macaron and bake at 180°C during 20 min.
  3. When it’s baked, fi ll two pieces with Ambiante Icing + 3% Classic Banana.
