Working Method

Before Baking

Mix all ingredients for 4 minutes on medium speed using a paddle. Pipe 70gr in each muffin cup and pipe 15gr of the filling in the middel. Pipe 30 gr on top of the filling and bake for app. 35minutes on 180°C.

After Baking

Mix all ingredients for 4 minutes on medium speed using a paddle. Pipe 100gr in each muffin cup. Bake for app. 35minutes on 180°C. When te muffin is cold, pipe 15gr of the filling i side the muffin.
