Colza/Rapeseed Oil		200g

SUMMER VARIANT: Smoobees Lemon		100g
SUMMER VARIANT: Smoobees Strawberry		100g
WINTER VARIANT: Smoobees Coffee		100g

SUMMER VARIANT: Carat Coverflex Raspberry		150g
WINTER VARIANT: Belcolade Selection Lait 35 Cacao-Trace		150g

Muffin		Mix all ingredients for 2 minutes at low speed and 2 minutes at medium speed. Add the Smoobees and mix 1 min. more at low speed.
Decoration Summer Variant		Dip the bottom of the muffin into the melted Carat Coverflex.
Decoration Winter Variant		Dip the bottom of the muffin into the melted Belcolade chocolate.
ASSEMBLING		In a cube mould, pipe 80 gr of batter. Add some Smoobees on top and bake.
